MPP Power Communication Pipe
MPP material, also known as modified polypropylene material (MPP material), is mainly used to produce MPP power cable pipes, modified polypropylene pipes, MPP pipes, and MPP power pipes. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance. It is suitable for high-voltage transmission lines and cable pipes above 10KV.MPP power cable tube has good electrical insulation; it has high thermal deformation temperature and low temperature impact properties; MPP tube has higher tensile and compressive properties than HDPE; in addition, MPP tube is light, smooth, has low friction, and can be hot-melt welded and butt; MPP tube has corrosion resistance, long service life and excellent physical properties.
Performance characteristics
1. The appearance of MPP power pipe is easy to identify: the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, and the color is internationally common orange-red, which is easy to identify.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: except for a few strong oxidants, most chemical media cannot be eroded, and the acid-base factors of the general use environment will not damage the pipeline.
3. Strong impact resistance: due to the good toughness of the pipeline substrate, it is easy to return to its original shape when subjected to external impact, and it will not break even if the foundation settles.
4. Strong aging resistance: in an environment that is not exposed to direct sunlight and ultraviolet rays, the service life of the pipeline can reach more than 50 years.
5. JMPP power pipe has good cold resistance: under normal low temperature conditions (-30°C), no special protective measures are required during construction, and the pipe will not freeze or expand and leak.
6. The construction is simple and the cost is low: the pipeline is light in weight, easy to transport, the welding process is simple, and the construction is convenient. It can save a lot of engineering time and engineering costs required, and the comprehensive cost is low. The advantages are even more obvious in the case of tight construction period and poor construction conditions.
7. Reliable connection performance: it can be constructed easily and quickly at the construction site. The strength of the hot melt interface of the pipe is higher than that of the pipe body, and the joints will not be disconnected due to soil movement or live loads; friction resistance; the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the wear resistance is even higher than that of steel pipes, and the frictional resistance is small.
