Installation and use

1. When the pipes are transported to the site for unloading, they should be lightly lifted and placed, neatly stacked, and the sockets and sockets should be stacked staggered in layers. The bottom straight pipe part should be covered with wooden backing. When stacking in the open air, it must be covered to prevent exposure to the sun and keep away from heat sources.

2. Before the pipe is used and installed, it should be carefully checked for damage during the loading, unloading, transportation and stacking process. If defective pipes such as damaged cracks and deformation are found, they should be removed in time.

3. The connection between the inspection well and the pipeline should be made of flexible joints sealed with flexible fillers. The specific structure shall be carried out according to the design requirements.

4. Attention should be paid to digging trenches and laying foundations：

◎Drainage measures should be taken during the excavation of the trench to prevent the bottom of the trench from being soaked by water. The foundation should be compacted and the surface should be flat.

◎Grooves should be reserved for the interface part of the pipeline foundation for interface operation.

5. Interface operation：

◎The installation position of the rubber ring should be in the groove between the second and third ripples of the socket.
